Keeping you informed that I have placed an order for Two [02] Swatch watches dated June 25, 2010 through telphone using my credit card of product code: i120 as per your catalogue which was received through my last month ICICI credit card statement, even at the time of order, I have confirmed with their customer care executive that the said watch is with Chronograph and he had confirmed the same over phone and after one month I have received the courier and both watches [Product code:YMS402] are not as per the order as well as not in their catalogue and condition of the watches are very bad and glasses are full of scratches and the watch that have send's cost will not more than Rs.200/-, so this means after taking money from the customers and they are cheating the customer by sending duplicate watches, apart from that Swatch international company and they are cheating customer on behalf of them and it will effect the reputation of swatch company. I was searching in google for consumer court's address and I came across that lots of people have been cheated by AVA, so somebody has to take action, they making money by cheating customers. Please advise us from you end what is is to be done from my end to get the amount back, since now this AVA people are not responding.
