One of our customers Mr. Ashish Pimple has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Olympus 14 Megapixel Digital Camera Model No: FE-47.

He had ordered for Digital Camera on 30 th August 2010 with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days.

Our business partner M/s Vision Distribution has shipped the product through First Flight courier .

However, he had to follow up with HomeShop18 for delivery of the order and the same got delivered on 13th June, 2010

The matter is taken up with the courier partner and instructed them to deliver to the customer as promised. Further, he has confirmed satisfaction with the product received.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers

I am really frustrated now.
Home shop18 have taken money from me.
You told me, to wait for 4-5 days.
Next, Your person called me yesterday and said that the product is out of stock.
How can you people can do this with me.Because of you i had loss of 10,000 rupees.
I want my money back, with compensation of 10,000 Rupees or I will case on you.

I can file case on you for two reasons
1.) Provided wrong information.[ regarding time of 7 days ].
2.) Even though product was not available you have taken money.
Please give this message to the concern department.

I have bought this mobile(spice qt68) by home shop 18 on 11-may-2012 with order no.912261065,sub order no 43111187. when I use this mobile it has network problem and it disconnect with in 1 or 2 minutes. Can any one help me about this problem as soon as possible..thank you
