I bought a SAMSUNG double door refrigerator in OCT-2009 from CROMA. Now the cooling of refrigerator has almost gone within 9 months of purchase. I complaint about it to SAMSUNG customer care on 03-SEP-2010(Complain number is 8416494520) and i was told that engineer would visit my home next day(04-SEP-2010). Today is 08-Seo-2010 but no-one has visited my home. I am calling customer care as well as service center daily(Atleast 4 times a day at both places) since last 3 days and everytime, i am being told that my complain has been escalated to higer level and engineer would visit my home in next 1 hour. When i told service station executive that i will complain about you then i was told that " It is us who is going to serve you". Is this kind of black mailing from their side that i can't even raise a voice against them as i have to stay in this locality for years and use this product. SAMSUNG customer care as well as service staion executive are causing lot of embarrasment to me. Please help me.
