On 28 August , 2010 I purchased a prepaid docomo sim from the mobile store (Address of this branch -
H - 1/16,SL Sarani,Baguiati,Joramandir,Kolkata,903 700059).
On 31 August , 2010 I received a message from TATA DOCOMO that
" Sorry ! We are yet to receive the application Form foryour connection.
Please submit the same within 72 hours to acquiring retailer to enjoy continuous services."
I called up the mobile strore and informed about this problem,they told me that they have given my
documents to the distributer. Now I called up the TATA DOCOMO Customer Care and told them about the
statement of the mobile store staff , then they told me that they have not received any document , they also
told me that may be my documents are in the mobile store's hand and suggested me to again deposit the
documents. I again called up the mobile store at first they did not answer my call. After sometime I again
called up the mobile store this time they answered the call, I told them that I deposited the correct
document and paid the right amount for TATA DOCOMO prepaid sim , then why should I re-deposit the
documents , this is not my fault, it is their fault, these people (THE MOBILE STORE) are extremely
IRRESPONSIBLE, I also warned them that if they are not giving back my documents or re-connect my
connection I will go to the CONSUMER COURT. That fellow talked so rudely with me and said,"DO
WHATEVER YOU CAN DO !" and disconnected the call.
MY SIM IS DISCONNECTED NOW !
IS THERE ANY COURT IN INDIA WHERE AN ORDINARY MAN ( CONSUMER ) CAN GET JUSTICE AND THESE
BIG AND POPULAR CHEATERS AND FRAUDS ARE PUNISHED ??????????
