I bought A new MTS MBLAZE DEVICE on Aug 31 at 7.30pm
The shop pepole says me that it will be activated in 30 mins
I too agree that & they says that the network is huge in my area & make me to buy
on 1st Morning i complaint to shop that there is no network in my area
She says her Technical people will solve the problem immediately
but not solved.i Called Customer care on 2nd & Registered a complaint that there is no network inmy area.they Given a complaint Refrence no:SEP/204.
on 3rd I recieved a call from MTS that technical support people will come to my home with in 10 hrs
But there is no respond,if i call tem they just put on my call hold;in showroom they are talking very harshly

Im having of Voice Recording of CC people who says me if there is a network problem not solved we will refund the amount i paid
