My name is Vikas Sehra; I purchased my battery operated scooter (Larsa) Of Savvy Go Company on 12.04.2009. I wish to highlight following deficiencies in the service and quality of the scooter.
1. At the time of purchase of this scooter, the dealer had assured that registration number of scooter will be given within a week. Registration number is required as per the battery capacity of the scooter. Almost 1.5 years have passed since the purchase of my scooter, but registration number has not been issued till date. This is in spite of repeatedly approaching and reminding the dealer. As per the dealer we should continue to use the scooter without registration number.
2. Paint of the scooter has started peeling from number of places.
3. Battery of the scooter has stopped functioning. On approaching the dealer, I have been intimated that battery requires replacement and it costs approx Rs. 8000/- . It is unimaginable that battery life is so less. I have been using my scooter on a very limited basis due to non registration. Battery is of highly poor quality.
4. At the time of purchase of my scooter I had got comprehensive insurance done from the dealer. I met with an accident and for the repairing of damage parts dealer charged Rs. 5260/- against invoice no. 138 dated. 06.09.2009. Even though, I was assured that about 50% of the bill amount will be reimbursed but there has been no payment received yet. Several reminders have been given for the same also but of no avail.
