My name is Sandeep Sachdeva from Ludhiana PUNJAB. I have purchased brand new mobile handset (model no. metro 5200 ) from Samsung dealer In ludhiana named - Ahuja Electronics Shop No.1 , Mata Rani Road, Ludhiana. i Bought this set on 4th of September 2010, day- Saturday. on Sunday i have found some problem in set. there is a problem in the sliding of the set. i was out of station that day. on monday market was closed. Now today i complaint to Ahuja Electronics on tuesday and they suggested to me to go to Samsung Service Center. I went there and they firstly admitted that there is some problem in set . and they issued me simple DOA slip signed by Neha because that time there was no light. They said that we will give you full SAMSUNG DOA letter after one hour. after one hour i went there and thay said we can't replace the set and you have to pay rupee 1200 for it. i said what about the warranty that given by the company. they said there is no fault of company and mobile's fault created by you.

i requested them so many times to replace my mobile but they refused. and said to me for giving back the DOA signed slip and after that we will give you your set. firsty they admitted and then they refused. i'm badly misbehaved & cheated by the dealer and the company. The people of samsung service center are Sukhvinder & Neha. & the person who sale me the set is VISHAL of Ahuja elctronics.
