I mrs krupa sheth would like to make a complaint against children's Nook (JBCN Group) whos founder is Mrs. Pinky Dalal. As my son was studying in childrens nook forjett street branch from june 2009 to april 2010 in pre-nursery class, since it is not a higer school i was trying to secure my son for nursery in higer school. Icould not get the addmissions, so i paid fees for nursery and i tried to continue in the same school for which i paid fees of Rs.31,000/- for june 2010 to nov 2010. In the mid of may during vacations a school came up near my bldg Universal School Tardeo, where i secure my sons addmission in nursery class. Before taking addmission i had informed childrens nook school forjett street for which they had told me that they will refund the fees. So i took addmission in new school.Once the school re-open i went to take refund they gave me only 10,000/- out of 31,000/- and deducted 21000/- as they said this is our schools policy. I requested but they denied and even after many calls i could not get an appointment to meet Pinky Dalal. Please help me to get the another remaining amount.
