Despite repeated calls to IFB's service centre & having been assured of a call back from its manager, my complaints are still lying unanswered.Complaint # 4846594 dated 27 Jul 2010 and now the recent one of 4846594 of 06 Sep 2010 have not been answered. The service guy even took an AMC from me saying it will help in speedy redressal, but till date nobody has come.
