Long pending dispute with above credit card


I had received a SMS alert on dt 01/03/2009 at 7:51 pm on my mobile no. 9818883939 regarding purchased of Rs. 7900/- from Design House. After receiving the sms, "I shocked" because I did not swap the card, "Immediately" I contact on customer support and lodged a complaint regarding misuse of my card & block my card immediately which I had received a reference no. 1-96740555 against my compliant and concerned officer assured me blocked the payment till the dispute settailed

I had given many reminder/ correspondence/ telephonic discussion and recovery agent visited my house/office

I had received a SMS form bank as follow:-
“WE HAVE RECEIVED REQUEST FOR COPY OF CHARGE SLIP FOR CRDIT CARD XXXX3442, SR1-110201306. WE WILL REVERT IN 30 DAYS”

But till date Bank had refused to give me a charge slip
I am giving some contact number/persons name those who have contacted me and satisfied my points

As per their legal notice I contacted on 16/07/2010, 22/07/2010 and 24/07/2010 they are unable to provide charge slip. They say you make the original payment of 7900/- instead of 15233.34 and they are hiding the contents and helping the Vendor (design house).

So please save me from humiliation and mantely torcher
