I had taken the loan of Rs. 3 lacs from Barclays finance in Month of Feb - 10 due to some personal requiremnt.When after complete procedure had done for payment. they had charged Rs. 8334.00 as a premium of Insurance cover . but during the signing of the contract i had clarely refused the taking insurance againest loan. but after so may mails and communications they had never revert me properly.

After so many investigation i had found the they had done my forged signatures of doing insurance policy.
this is purely cheating with me.

as an action againest him i am going to stop all the future EMIs of payment.
