This is prkreddy, resident of Hyderabad. ordered pearl set on 25.06.2010 through my credit card from ICICI Bank. so for i did't received the product. My transaction number is 75140680178036707718443 in my credit card. Just now i am reading the messages about AVA merchandising, it seems to be a fraud one. if i observe the messages it was posted long back , in the month of august 2008. if it is so then ICICI bank people are entertained this product from this company, if they are allowing to send the catalogs through their official mail addresses of the customers, its now the responsibility is iCICI bank. if iCICI bank people are encouraging this type of fraud, then we need to think about the ICICI bank genuineness.
my compliant is that if AVA is fraud company then ICICI Bank should be the responsibility to repay the amount to the customers.

I completely agree with you dear for I have already taken up this matter with ICICI bank. In case we donot get our maney back from AVA , ICICI has to compensate us with the same amount because they have sent the brochure with credit card statement and hence they are responsible for safe transactions.
