I've purchased a Reliance CDMA connection from Reliance Mobile Store, No 149 Aabath Complex, Gst Road, Chrompet, Chennai - 600044. I've submitted the documents thrice with them but still they've not activated my services. The last time I submitted the documents was on Friday 3rd Sept 2010 & they assured me that it will be activated within 24 hrs but still has not yet activated. Please help me in this.

sir, I am Paras dua,,i am from DELHI and I am your reliance gsm customer,,my no is 08882996619 i have purchased a dulpicate sim from your reliance outlet on 22-12-2012,,,,before purchasing the duplicate sim i called to the customer care and c.care said me the charge of the duplicate sim is 25rs,,,,but your reliance outlet person said the charge of duplicate SIM is 100rs.,,,what nonsense is this,,who can your reliance outlet take extra charge to the customer..i told many times of your outlet person that the charge of duplicate sim is 25rs not 100rs,,but they said only one thing,,they said there is big shortage of duplicate sim in the reliance company that,s why we are taking 100rs.... they said we can,t issue the sim in 25rs..If Reliance will give this tye of rubbish service,,i want to choose other operater,,,,,i hope you understand my problem,,and your company will give me better service next time.

I am in chrompet and using reliance data card and the connctvity problem in chrompet area is going for around more than 3 months, yet the issue is not resolved and whenever i call to cc they will say it is in process. My understanding is reliance is not willing to add servers or towers in chrompet to clear the mishap.
