Order Id: 110079848,110079851,110079866,110079867 .i had booked two things first samsung lcd worth rs 17699/- and second samsung camcorder rs 15998/-(Booking ID 110079866).i recd samsung lcd but till date i have not recd samsung camcorder though one month has passed since i have boooked the item.on enquiry they are saying that it is out of sock and soon they will deliver but are not giving clear dates.why have they sold it when it was out of sock??the shopping was done on teleshopping on 16 jul 10.apart from this with each item i won rs 100000/- gold vouchers and four reebock watches for which they have taken rs 1196/- for each box.i have recd the 8 watches but no news of vouchers for worth rs 200000/-. for that also they r saying thay are out of stock and no clear answer to my queries. on facebook one can see same types of complain from various other customers.i have been writing to them but everytime they say we will come back to u and till date nobdy has contacted us.i am going thru lot of mental agony.The event for which i had purchased the camcorder has already passed and i kept regretting as to why did i order it thru bagittoday.i had made the online complaint and was assured that i will get the reply soon but it is now history.
i have not recd any confirmation for the booking id110079866 and authentication code 497314 MADE ON 15 JUL 10. I got a call from india today book club that details have been updated by today i.e by 26 aug 10 and i will be intimated on mail. but i have got no confirmation and when i called up customer care today system was down.so pl can u confirm ,i will get the things or i should forget it as bad dream.pl suggest.
