I HAVE RECENTLY BOOKED THE TICKET THROUGH (Makemytrip.com) , I already made the payment throguh netbanking service . but they are not provided ticket booking ID , i made complaint , mail also spoken with Customer service , they are not give proper response.

what is the solution for this, can i lodge the complaint to Consumer court with all supporting details.?
