Respected Sir/Madam,

I have purchased an DELL VOSTRO 1014 Laptop having unique Service Tag No. FCKL9M1 from Info link System(NEHRU PLACE) vide invoice no. NP/1382/10-11 on 1st July 2010. Just after 10 days of purchase it shown error of Hard disk issue, so i complaint about this with DELL TECHNICAL SUPPORT on 20th July 2010 vide complaint no. 790503470553, after 1 week i got my laptop with replacement of hard disk from DELL SERVICE CENTER. Again after some days this laptop shown error of wrong identification of characters, regarding this problem i again logged an complaint with Dell technical support on 13th august 2010 vide complaint no. 79050401104. On 19th of august Dell service center returned this laptop to me by replacing the MOTHERBOARD of the laptop. Again on the same day this laptop went faulty again showing error of INTERNAL HARD DISK NOT FOUND. Regarding this issue i again logged an complaint on next day i.e on 20th August 2010 at DELL TECHNICAL SUPPORT. The executive from Technical support logged the complaint to replace the laptop as this laptop was getting faulty again and again vide Complaint no. 5251528. So the issue regarding this laptop was escalated to the System Exchange Team of DELL. An Executive from Dell System Exchange team contacted me and sent some documents to me and the Distributer named IRIS COMPUTERS required for the system replacement. More than 18 days have been passed out but the DELL has not received the signed documents form the distributor required for system replacement. As the executive from Dell told me that You will get a new laptop with 15-20 days from the day of requesting the complaint, 18 days have been passed out but not even DELL has received the signed documents from the Distributer.

Sir/Madam i am an M.Tech student and have to study and complete projects on System only, but from the day of purchase of this laptop i have used it for only 5-6 days, rest of the days it remained faulty. Its already effected my work and studies. Kindly show your interest in this case because its effecting my studies alot and i am not even able to utilise this laptop for the purpose i purchased it.

Kindly force the DELL to replace my laptop as soon an as possible or return my money i paid to purchase this laptop, because i am very disappointed by the services provided by DELL as they have sold an faulty laptop and not even taking the appropriate actions to resolve the problem.
