Dear sir/madam
I, Sudhir khushalprasad pandey, have been availing of airtel services on my
mobile number 9892695406 since seven or eight years and have had no complaints
until recently when I received a bill, dated from 20th july to 19th August 2010.
I had requested to customer care number 121,7070 for the activation of 899
Blackberry plan and later requested the cancellation of the same and in return
a request for the activation of Rs299 plan was given. But to my surprise I have
been forwarded a bill of an exorbitant amount, Rs 88,288.90, according to Rs
249 plan which I had never requested to customer care number 121,7070 by me.
So, as you see, this is clearly the fault of the customer care department at
their end. Frankly, I don't trust this bill and would be in no position to pay
for the same.
I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
