I paid for buying a Samsung Laptop from Big Bazaar, Zirakpur on 14th August 2010. I was given a 'Delivery Challan' by them which said that the laptop will be delivered to me within 15 days i.e. by 29th August but they did't deliver it within the said time and when I called them they replied that they'll deliver it on 5th September. Today, on 5th September when I called them they said that it will take some more days for delivery. I am a computer student and I needed that laptop urgently but they are harassing me by not delivering it. I have given its full payment i.e. Rs. 14,990 in advance.

I have the original 'Delivery Challan' and the payment receipt and bill.
I want to register a case against them in Consumer Court.
