My no. is 9307460504.My 1 paisa SMS pack is being activated automatically for previous one and half year. so many times i have lodged a complain but it is of no use. earlier they use to do it on a specifment caseic date of every month but now a days they activate it the moment i recharge my acoount . and moreover they do it as per the balance available in my account. for examle if balance is more than 20 they cut 19 rupees and say your SMS pack has been renewed for 1 month.I am realyy fade up with the matter. please do the needful. Even I am planning to go to a court and lodge a harrasment case against the company.

I am using Reliance CDMA number 7428337432... I was in roaming on 3rd June 2011..i recharged my number with rupees 50 in the night at 8pm..in th morning when i woke up i seen a message on mu phone that your balance in 5 rupees,recharge your account for uninterrupted services. I called on RIM customer care they told me that there is a service activated on my number................... for which they have charged balance...i ask him who how the service activated they told that i got a call...but i didn't get any kind of call because in roaming and could not receive any call in roaming due to low balance. I did not got any call after 8pm in night and in morning when i checked they deducted my balance. So please take a positive action towards these kind of shameless activities of telecom service providers. They charged customers without any reasons..

So i have been recharged with(RS 401) as per the sms i got from the reliance and i also enquired from the customer care(before recharging my cell phone)

One complaint (182265642) lodge regarding this and i called so many times in customer care they not at all here my problem at executive level or senior level and this is now 5th days i m still follow-up with customer care to get my recharge benefits or recharge value( whichever applicable)

Let see i m the 10 years of the customer and using the reliance services, but after this incidents i little bit disappointed about the reliance services.


Please do some immediate action either give me benefits or same recharge value in to my cell phone ( 8799116778 )

i have reliance CDMA no.09354214610 from 22rd June 2012 so there are many problems creating with me.
I have done many complain regarding this problem i.e. Complaint no.184062001 as on 28-07-2012, 2873137545 as on 29-07-2012 & 184156306 as on 29-07-2012. Call charges are not deducted according to the 23 Rs. plan after activation( 1 Rs./ 3 min.) and charges deducted according to 1 sec./1.2 Paise. I have talked to customer care & senior officer many times but there is no any solution and they are saying your wrong deducted amount will be refund , actually there is no refund any amount till now. After three complaint call charges deduction are going on wrong way to continue. And another problem is without any activity with handset wallpaper charges deducted as on 29-07-2012 and complaint no. is 2873137545 but wrong amount have not refund after complaint. I have done a call again on 08741936987 std number as on 29-07-2012 at 22:24 and call charges deducted 19 Rs. but actually call charges was only 9 Rs. In this way i have lose approximately 600 Rs. till now.

Therefore you are requested to refund wrong deducted call charges from 22rd June to till now.
