1-i had bought split ac .8 ton from refrico lucknow.
bought on some date in june 2009.
i bought at 17500 indian curruncy.
downpayment of 9000
rest 0% finance bajaj finance
1375 indian currency as 8 mths installment.
bajaj finance records showed rupees 5500.
and at the end calculation was refrico frauded me of rupees 2500.
i have the downpayment and installment entries.
2-installation technicians came night hours for installation
did not gave sincere effort to install it properly.
from the 1st week i complaint of low cooling.
technician came did nothing and told me cooling is ok
i had cooling problems since installation.
refrico was ignorent.
3-march 2010 in guaranteed period i complained of cooling n 1st servicing.
it was attended in june.
gurantee period was intensenly cleared to charge me amt.
now since then i am repeditly complaining to fix ac problem.
finally refrico took outdoor unit.
according to technician relay was out of order he changed it
then he said compressor has to be replaced.
at least 5 to 6 technician since i purchased no one could actually refined my ac"c problem.
anyway finally they took the outdoor unit to replace the compressor.
now after replacing and reinstalling it the problem is still existing
service incharge KAMESH is highly irresponssible and EXCUSIVE person.
immediate action should be taken against him.
he is spoiling samsung"s after sale service.
1 year 3 mths i hv only being asking to fix my ac
have i paid samsung to suffer.
please revert back and resolve the issue at the earliest or
i have only to go legal.
