I've bought Nokia E72 on 11th July 2010. Within a week it got hang for the first time and I had to restart it. Then within 3-4 days again something happened to it and "space" button was not working luckily I was around the store from where I bought the mobile and he reset the thing and gave it to me. But this didn't work longer as after some days again I face the same problem. Some time mobile is getting hang, some time optical key is not working, some time space button is not working and the new thing is when I send messages and when it gets delivered, I get message tone which I've set for incoming messages. This doesn't happen all the time, sometime I get this kind of unwanted intimation and sometime I don't. This wasn't enough that I experienced 1 more thing that exhibit poor quality of Nokia when earphone stopped working (It wasn't in broken or mishandled condition). Tired of this poor quality of Nokia, I went to "The Mobile Store" where I was directed to Nokia service centre where also I was not treated well. For earphone replacement they asked for 7 days and for the other issues related to mobile they asked me to take backup and submit for their consideration. But why should I suffer for this poor quality of yours, I don't have any backup mobile which I can use till the time Nokia return me my cell and it's not possible to give away my cell as it will affect my professional and personal life both. And why should I waste my time in taking backup and go to service centre again. And why should I wait for 7 days to get the replacement of earphones and the main thing is WHY SHOULD I USE THE HANDSET WHICH NEED SERVICE JUST IN TWO MONTHS FROM BUYING. I've not paid Rs. 17000/- to experience all these. Recently I lost all my images and few video clips when my handset got hang and when I restart it I had lost almost all the data which was there on my memory card. In the customer service centre when I asked about customer complaint email id, I was asked to find it out myself from internet. When I contacted customer care he was so rude and his answer was so careless that I really regret on buying Nokia handset and understood that their responsibility is only till selling the mobile and not providing the service.
