This is Sagar. I am an Airtel customer and I've no network connectivity since last 3 months at my place. Prior to 3 months, I got full network coverage at my place but now, there's no network at all even after stepping out of the house. I tried complaining to Airtel relationship center, they just tell me to call the customer care who really lack proper knowledge. Atleast tried calling 25-30 times but they said that your problem would be solved. Many people living in my neighborhood face the same problem.
Since, there is no coverage at my place, people are finding it really difficult to communicate with me.
