Default Complaint against HDFC Bank Sales Representative

    Dear Consumer Court,

This is the regarding the two wheeler loan. I have applied for two wheeler loan from HDFC Bank through Mr Sahil (Sales Representative) R/o A Block, Pocket 11, Janta Flats, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-110025, Near Mother Dairy on 22nd of August 2010. I have received a SMS on same day that my loan application is approved. After that I go to Bagga Link Bajaj with Mr Sahil for taking the vehicle (Bajaj Pulsar 135 DTSi). Mr Sahil told me about the Down Payment only not other charges i.e. Rs 15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousands only). I have given the Rs 15,000/- to the Bagga Link Bajaj and do the necessary formalities and received the vehicle (Bajaj Pulsar 135 DTSi). I have payment receipt of the same. After two days Mr Sahil told me that your loan is rejected and Rs 4,500 (Rupees Four Thousands only) is required to approving the same towards miscellaneous charges. I decline the Mr Sahil's request and do not give any further money that he was asking for that. when i reject this request then he told me that the vehicle is your own risk. The dealer can take out the vehicle at any time. I will not be responsible if the dealer will pick the vehicle.
Now I am in difficult situation and My vehicle is not safe. Please suggest.

    Regards,

    Default Wrong commitment

    Hi,

This is Ershad Sayyed and i would like to inform you about the bad expirience i had with the HDFC BANKING services...

I had applied for a personal loan on 26th december 2010 and i was been promised that the loan amount would be cleared within 3 working days....

I have a bike loan from Family credit and due to some technical issues the EMI does not get cleared for the last 1 year and this was already been informed to the HDFC rep (SHASHI) (02230890588) and he gave me a commintment that the amount will be credited witin 6 hours and i have also submitted a aplology letter from family credit stating that it is an issue from their end and i was assured that the loan amount will be cleared within 3 days and it has been 22 days and i am still waiting a response from them..

I spoke to a sales manager named "Ronald anthony" (9324076985) (ronald.anthony@hdfcbank.com) who assured me that the loan amount will be cleared and he also gave me an assurance about same, but since the last 3 days he is not been attending my calls and the rep has not been attending my calls. Shashi called me 2 days back and informed that i need to sign the agreement copy and i had to go to KURLA from vikroli to give the documents as ur rep didnt turn up to vikroli, Even after giving all the documents the rep again asked for my Pay slip on an Urgent basis and i still gave my payslip leaving all my work aside, and after calling up the rep he just keeps saying that it would be done and this was the only thing i heard for the entire month,Finally i decided to cancel the Loan and then a rep named "prachi" (02230876149) gave me a call and assured that the loan amount will be cleared and for the last time i have decided to give my documents.

I am really upset with HDFC banking services and will never recommend anyone to go for HDFC and request to look into the matter...

I am ready for any assistance from me.

    Regards
    Ershad Sayyed
