I have purchased a Split A/C from the Voltas from its authorized dealer PSB Electronic Rajouri Garden New Delhi on 04/02/2010.

Since intallation the AC was giving the problem that water was leaking from it from side.

The same was reported to all the official of the Voltas and PSB however nothing was done.

I have never seen such a pathetic service and that to get it from a company like Tata was shock of the life.

Voltas Company and its dealers take costomers for granted. They ensure that the customer is not helped and ensure to use foul language in front of the customers. So that they should be terified and should not complaint the matter to the company or consumer courts.

Now becuase of all this the walls of my room has gone in to a really bad shape and the same needs to be ainted again.

When i told the customer care today 02/09/2010, they started laughing and making fun of it.

Till date the issue stands unresolved and the people who came from Ginny Aircon told that this issue is becaue of the wrong installation however no one is ready to take this responsibility.

This is nothing but a direct cheating to the customer as these companies have too big to understand its customers or there needs. Rather they try and ensure the customer if not satified is brought to such a situation that from where he can not go anywhere.

The person who came for the service today told that the consumer court will not even listen to you as they have contacts there as well and even told that they will penalise the customer only.

Today i stand no where and do not even know what to do where to go whom to approach ?

Can some one please help me out...
