Dear Sir,
I am Ravindra Kandimalla. I have NRI and NRE accounts with Axis bank,Guntur branch,AP from 2008. Recently i observed that they occationally deducting some amount from my account with the name of consolidation charges and Service tax on top the consolidation. I mailed to the branch head regarding this. He replied me back saying that those are the charges due to non maintainance of quarterly balance. There was no such charges . Even in that aspect also I maintained 6 lakhs balance for long time still they charged it. I told him the same after that no reply from him. I mailed him couple of times no reply from him.
