In month of march i booked broadband-tata through an executive. After that i came to know about airtel connection so i told tata executive that i do not want tata connection.But at that time he told me that "madam kindly take connection otherwise i have to pay 1100 rp to company". i told him that it is not my concern. But he forced me and told me that take connection use it for 15days then i will pay your bill of 15 days and get connection canceled. after 15 days i was using airtel. and i thought that he canceled connection. But i received a Bill from tata so i made complain to customer care regarding this issue and then they told me that now your connection is canceled and you will not have to pay. But now after 4 months they have send me legal notice that i have to pay 1200 rp. My question is why should i pay if i haven't use their connection? 4 months what they have done? is this a way to treat and cheat customers? kindly help me to resolve this issue.
