I have joined a programe for 5 kg weight loss in sanjeevani beauty parlour worth Rs. 2500 on 6th april, 2010.They said they are taking the gauranty for wt. loss and i donot need to do any kind of dieting as my marrige was plan i told him the date of engagement and marrige both.After a week i realised that i am not lossing and just they are making fool and according to there plan (Money once deposited is not refunded however it can be adjusted against any other treatment after 20% deduction of amount paid) i said to change my treatment and convert it into 5 body massages cost Rs 400 each.Always staff members said mam is busy they will coney the message then i gave a written application too they said they will do then i get busy in my engagement then again they hangon the problem and didn't respond then again i got busy in my marrige.When i return back i said to provide the massages then they denied to give the massages and said your time limit was of 2 months which was not said.When i asked to my record of days they gave me treatment they denied.Now i have only fee receipt.I didnot loss even a Kg.What action i can take gainst them please tell me.Thank you.
