This is in regards to my Job card no: 1521 where in I have given my Micromax-Q5fb phone (IMEI no: 910040055413350) for repiaring purpose. The fault with my phone was that it was not detecting any sim card in the first sim-card slot. I have submitted the phone on 30th July 2010; at the location Shree Sai Telecom in gurgaon at the following location 59/18, Jharsa Road, Opp. Jyoti Hospital, Friends colony. Its been almost 4 weeks and every time I visit the service centre to get an update, I am informed that the phone is at the company site. I have requested them hundred times to get my phone back without any repair as I am in urgent need of a phone, but all my request have fallen on deaf ears. I have also sent this email to Micromax and tried to contact them on the Main phone no. 0124-4811000, but nobody bothers to listen to the customer complaints. Please look into this matter.
