This regarding the problem of a DELL Studio15 Laptop that I had placed Order on 4 July 2010 for Rs.52,454.24/-

Its not even a month after the purchase and I am facing a major problem with this laptop.
The problem that occurs is:
When ever I put on the lap top after a 3-4 hours of use the laptop does not start up.
There is no light on the power button even on constant press. I try detaching an re attaching the power cord but that does not help either. After a wait of 30mins there a sound on the CD drive recognition and the power goes off again.And 30 minutes later the processor fan runs but there is no light and on the key pad-. After one whole hour the the lights on the keypad turn on and the system starts booting. This is a new laptop and there are many forums with such problems.
Actions taken by me:
I first called the store I purchased the laptop from- but there was no response
I then called the DELL Customer care but they seem to be unaware of such a problem and suggested I change the software. Now what sense would it make to modify the software when the there is a hard ware problem and the power does not even reach the BIOS.
I then registered a complaint with the DELL service center on 28 August 2010,

and they have kept it under observation. Its been 3 days now and they seem to be very rude in response and don’t provide any help.
Also there is another thing- when I purchased this laptop this was delayed in delivery – One whole Month! Secondly, they never delivered the Windows7 CD and the Blue tooth head set for which I paid Rs.3000/-
DELL has been very unresponsive and non cooperative on this front they seem to just be bothered about the monetary part they don’t seem to have any interest on the customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and have turned to you for help. Please help me on this front.
