Hi,

On 4Aug 2010 -I have purchased Miramax mobile from Tele talk Communication.
Shop address is = C-21 near main bus Stand, Bhajan Pura delhi-110053.
After two days cell got hanged & Touch function was not working.
I went Micro Max service centre in Faridabad - they said this is DOA case & you would get replacement for that.
On 13Aug 2010 - I submit this defective cell to Shop keeper(Tele Talk)- and shop keeper said- you would get replacement within two.
Since I am chasing with shop keeper – I have not received any replacement & any information that when I am going to get my cell back.

Do the needful for me – I have not taken single day benefit from my new cell phone.

Find attached the bill copy & service centre details.
