Dear Sir/Madam,

I was assured by your officer Mr.Swarnakar /AXIS Bank Tollygunge Branch at time of opening the credit card that the two Secured Gold Credit cards issued to me are lifetime free cards.

I have received the two credit card vide your letter Dtd.26th June'2009 are not activated till date.

But I am surprise to see that I have been receiving Bills of Rs.501.45 till date.

I would like to unsubscribe to the two Credit Cards issued to me with immediate affect.

Please advise me the next course of action towards same.
