I had purchase a sim of lifetime vodafone company for Rs50/- on august 14 2010. And i had put recharge of Rs95/- for internet browseing and downloading validity of one month. I had purchased a softwre or Rs30/-. When i downloaded it they had charged me it for Rs50/-and it had been cancelled due network failure it had the downloadation was been cancelled. when i had complaint it custumer care they said they will forward my call to their supervisor and they did not attend the phone they is reject it. when i had complained in vodafone store in Goa they Liesbothered to attend the coustomer's complaint even they said they are offline, they had called after two days
and it still has not been resloved.
Today also i had been there one more complaint which had been deactived without my consultancy. The vodafone people r not bothered to attend the customer.
plz do take action agaist them>
