A new way of marketing the product by Bag it today from India today.
Where i got a call from one of the executive from Bag it today that i won some prize of 1 lakh rupees from Bag it today. They demanded be to purchase a samsung TV or Samsung mobile phone worth Rs.14998 then only the gift will be despatched and Rs 598 for despatching charges. The made the payment after confirming that its a gift voucher and not discount voucher also no additional cost need to be paid for in claiming the gift. So i paid both the charges and got the mobile phone thru courier. The sent the mobile phone in a big box once opening the box inside the mobile box seal was already opened. This should be returned if the seal opened already.(as per the mobile manufacturer condition). First thing is they fooled the cutosmer by sending the seal broken mobile set and second the gift. I was getting frequent call from the bag it today in demanding extra payment to release the gift voucher and to purchase additional product to get the gift box despatched which i not agreed. Checking with the customer care in phone i came to know its not a gift voucher its a discount voucher. Second the given false statement to customer for the sake of marketing the product the given false statement. In all the way they are cheating the customer in nice way. I was trying to send email to them in procedure for returning the product but till not a standard reply stating that "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

They not even care to read the email but just sending the standard reply. Trusting the name of India Today and using our country name they are doing a good job and fooling many people and i am shocked to see many people affected same like me and launched the complaint. I dont see any change the "India today group" is not affected any way inspite of many people lauched the complaint. Hope i will get justice atleast thru this forum.
