My self Sanjay Prajapati From Mehsana(Gujarat). I purchased Washing Machine on 22/09/2009 -- Model No.GWF600FX AND Sr. No. 90609047 . Mobile No. 09825337329..
I have registered a complaint for a washing machine on 19th May.2011, and your representative visited same day. He examined machine and tell Motor not working. Your technician want to give me old motor( not of same model), but I said no, I want new and same model. He said he will send report and motor will come within 2 days. Motor of my machine is not replaced so far(after 10 days). My machine is not working since last 10 days.
This is my 3rd complaint in last 1 year. This is in warranty periode, what will be after warranty?? I will replace my machine after warranty peroide.I will not keep this DABBA in my home. I am fulish I purchased GODREJ product. A THIRD CLASS QUALITY.

Very very poor and last level service of godrej company. I will never advice any body to purchase godrej products....

Very shocking that esteemed company like Godrej is unable to keep up its stock and services.
kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible and delivery of your services.
I want my machine urgent with working condition....

My self Anil K Sugdare from Maharashtra Mumbai Lower Parel. I purchased Fully Automatic Washing Machine on August 2010 Mobile No. 9769438619.
I have registered a complaint for a washing machine on 7th October and Godrej representative visited after one day. He examined machine and tell Motor not working now part is not available but as soon as it available we will get it repaired but today is 20.10.2011 till now everyday i am calling to Godrej H.O. / Vijay sales / Godrej customer care but no response. They are saying that just now part is not available. Godrej is so big co and they are not having parts in stock. It is hopeless. I was using videocon washing machine for 13 days and it did not give me any problem except outer body was little damaged and i thought instead of get repaired it i will go for new one. But this is rediculous. I had to go for videocon only or other co but not Godrej. My machine is in warranty period, and I want to replace this machine and I will not go for any Godrej product now.

vERY POOR SERVICE AND THIRD CLASS QUALITY.

I THOUGHT THAT SUCH A ESTEEMED COMPANY AND THEY DON'T KEEP STOCK. I AM FACING VERY INCONVENIENCE.

I WANT TO REPLACE MY DEFECT MACHING SINCE IN ONE YEAR IT HAD 3 TIMES PROBLEM.

I have been throughly purturbed from 15 days till now by Vijay Sales,Palm Beach Galaria.Since I was there to purchase LAPTOP.

sir i m ur customer of godrej washing machine , i purchased this product some time ago.
when i purchased two washing machine & after 10-15 days i complained in godrej customer care, this machine are not working properly , & are all clothes will damaged after the washing , in this machine.
i m not satisfied with godrej product. & godrej tecqnicine come in over home 70 to 80 time , & they have changed all the parts in this machine. but they do not repair this thing.
after using this machine we lost 4000-5000 rs/- clothes in this machine .


I WANT 2 MY ALL MONEY OF MY WASHING MACHINE & THOSE CLOTHES, WHICH I LOST AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT.

i jaynath dhanu, i have givan a complain about my washing machine. & when i call to the customer they told me that my complain has being attend and when i was calling to the person who attend the complain he is telling that i am coming & coming. Date 17-7-2012. i am calling the person & today the date is 21-7-2012 & still the person is not come. My washing machine modal number is 650 auto & if the complain has being not attend soon then i'll take the machine to the shop and i'll trow the machine in there shop
