My name is Deepanshu. I am from chandigarh.My no. comes under Punjab circle. I am a reliance user from past 3 years. Few days back I received a message from reliance that my Masala Movie pack has been activated. and when I checked my balance they had deducted 16Rs. from my balance. When i called reliance people at 198 , I made then understand my problem, their CCE apologised for their mistake and he launched me a waiver.I asked him for the the complaint no. he said that " Main apko complaint no. toh nahi de paunga sir, maine aapki waiver ki request de di hai directly, apko abhi balance mil jaega aur main apki deactivation ki request dal deta hun". that he can not provide me the complaint no. and he has directly launched me waiver and I will get my balance back shortly and he has launched a request to deactivate this service.And after 5 minutes i received all the deducted balance.This all happened on 20th august, 2010. and Yesterday that means 28th august, 2010 around 9.30 I received an SMS from reliance people that my Masala movie pack has been renewed.I called up the reliance Customer care and their CCE transferred his call to his senior after listening to my problem and placing a request to deactivate the Masala Movie pack.Their senior Mr. Devinder asked all my details again and I again made him understand the problem and he replied that he can not do anything for this.As they do not have any authority to launch a waiver if the balance has been deducted for the renewal of any scheme.
Sir my problem is this that if the mistake is from their side.that their CCE did not place a request for deactivation of that pack earliar.Then why am i suffering for that.Now i dont know where to place a complaint for this.i am waiting for your reply.
