Sir, I want to lodge a complaint against Axis bank who has lien my amount in saving a/c no:503010100005616 & debit Rs 54853 for my credit card total outstanding on 06 Aug 2010.I have been using Axis bank cr card for more than 3 years now & making all my payments on time.As per my knowledge I had never signed on any agreement/conditions regarding lien a/c. On 22 April 2010 I had been made last payment before that not a single payment was overdue inspite of my 22 years old job lost due to medical ground in July 2008. For delayed payment absolutely not a single e mail,phonecall or hard letter/notice was received to me.Being a regular payer of cr card dues Iam stunned now. Reason for late payment is that, un fortunately (?) my son Jasmeet,has cleared AIEEE 2010 with ALL INDIA rank 6779.For his admission in MANIT BHOPAL NIT COLLEGE I have to arrange Rs 78000 by June end.He got his admission on 07 July 2010 as amount arranged from financer having very high interest.After that on 05 Aug 2010 I arrange Rs one lacs amount (cheque) & deposit it in Axis bank only, inspite of having my 3 saving a/c in PNB,SBI & Allahabad bank. WHY ? It is only to regularise 2 month due payment of my cr card & also to maintain our past good relations. But Axis bank has rewarded me for my sincerity to pay all dues. For that I had given a notice in branch on 08 Aug 2010 & sent e mail to crcd@axisbank.com, nodalofficer@axisbank.com & helpmumbai@rbi.org.in on 12,13,14,16 &17th of Aug 2010.On 22nd Aug 2010, I sent e mail to bobhopal@rbi.org.in & boaxisbpl@axisbank.com to resolve this matter.Axis bank had denied my request on 22 Aug 2010. I am in deep tense now.Axis bank had robbed my money,kept for regularise cr card,& to clear high interest loan taken for Jasmeet fees. Pl help me & suggest me any one who have solved/resolved similar problem.Pl indicate ways so that I can recover my moneyback.
