    Sir,
    I am Mukesh singh i used tata photon plus for internet in month july tata photon make bill 3400 about.i take HSIA 5GB@950 Plan + 10 GB night @ 200 ,the data upload and download is 8113MB they charge for this (8113-5120=2993) 2993*0.5=1496.5 money extra ie Rs. 2446.5

    when i complaint they say that in night do not log out after 11.00 pm but i try this pack after 11.00 pm with new login so please tell me what can i do

    Default Tata Photon+ Billing Complaint

    I, Vinay Sharma(9911563396), bought this photon + device last month with 1GB per month plan for Rs.4000 Advance Rental for 6 months. I was told that I would not get any bill till first six months. But a couple of days back I received a bill of Rs.1300 for this device. On calling the customer care they told that you have used 1.5GB over the limit that is why this bill is sent.
    I would like to know how is this possible, and if this was the case then why not I was shown any details on the Tata Indicom website>myAccount>>current Usage details. I tried it at least ten times it always shows "No Records Found". Please clarify how I would come to know my usage details.
    This bill is incorrect; I would not pay this bill unless this clarification is given to me. Also, in case I do not receive any clarification about the same within 2-3 days, I would then have to file a complaint in Consumer court regarding the same. I am herewith attaching a screen shot of that screen which still (till today) says "No Records Found". Waiting for a reply as soon as possible.

    Default requirement of hard copy of bill

    Sir,
    I am suvendu samantaray i used tata photon plus for internet no-9266603364 in month March . I have not received any hard copy of my bill although I have called several times to your coustomer care they assured me to sent the bill through my billing address & also by my mail ID i'e: suvendu_samantray@yahoo.co.in.

    Sir, I am Kani Patrick Vetrivel,residing at 28-B,Kannappa Nagar,3RD Cross Street,Srinivasapuram,Thiruvanmiyur,Chennai 600041.I havent received any hardcopy bills since July 2011.Your customer care people calls and gets the payments from me since then. In spite of my informing them that they have to send me hardcopy everytimes . I want my bills for my side payment.
    Kindly revert me from this problem. everytime your people will say that they will rectify this problem and inspite of my refusal to pay they still havent send me the bills.
