I have purchased micromax Q7 and used it for a full month, there after it encountered a software problem. So I showed it to service center in Gurgaon they keep my mobile handset with them and asked me to get in touch through phone.
They have already passed 10 days now they are neither returning my handset nor giving any definite date to collect. Service is really very pathetic even no response of mails or calls on helpline numbers.
Behavior of the service center staff is also not professional also they were saying this might take another 2 month to get it rectified.
I want to know how much time is reasonably fair under warranty law. And kindly accept my complaint request against Micromax mobiles.
