I Ashok Kumar Kanjilal applied for Airtel BroadBand Connection on 7th July 2010, Wednesday through Sales Executive Mr Ashok whom i have given all the relevant documents and issued Deutsche Bank Cheque No:185216 of amount Rs.1000 for the installation charges. When the Engineer visted my area he reported to Mr Ashok that due to remote area airtel broadband connection will not possible in my place. So, accordingly executive informed me on 9th July Friday, then i advised him not to deposit the cheque.But on Monday 12th July I have called my bank to know the status about my account details they informed that Rs 1000 debited from my account in favour of Bharti Airtel Limted which i was issued earlier after this i called to that executive why they deposited my cheque for the clearing he said by mistake it happened so i'll get my money back within 21 days as per the procedure.
After 22nd day when there was no response i called that executive most of the time he is not responding to my calls neither about the sms i i was send it after chasing him continue for one three four days he informed that i'll get my money on 27th August by cheque at my mailing address.In the mean while i lodged 1st complaint No:35811336 through customer care but no action taken after that i put up 2nd complained No:- 36440706.
Still there is no response for the above complaint its almost two months passed by i have'nt received my Rs 1000 back.
It's ridiculous services in Airtel department no one is bothering about the complaint to respond.
Kindly resolve it I hope it'll resolve my issue to get my money back.
