I am a subsciber of the reliance netconnect RNJ149DATA. My card no. is 9389480699.Initially when I purchased the CDMA data modem MG880+ the company provided me a plan in which there was 3 months free usage and then the monthly rental was Rs. 650.I used this plan for about 5 months .Then i went to reliance commmunication services
francisee office in lucknow(Shri Rudra) and asked him to change my plan to 'Pay as you go' which has
rental of Rs. 174.He said that it would be activated but for the subsequent month again I was charged
Rs. 700. I again went to him and told him.He apologized and said that the register was lost in which i had
written my application for change of plan.He again asked me write an application and assured me that
the plan would be changed.the next day I recieved a call from him and he told me that my plan has been
change to 'pay as you go'.But this month i have again received a bill of Rs. 958.Kindly look into the
matter and have my complaint redressed.
