I bought a samsung Galaxy 3 mobile in Dec 2010,There were enormous problems,it use to hang every time,camera was not working at times,I gave a complaint from where i bought,there was no response,i went to the service center,they serviced it,and in one week we got the same problems repeated,this time we requested for a new handset,it took 7 weeks to replace,now I do not want to use it,as in future the same problems may repeat and moreover this particular model is outdated and discontinued ,you have dumped it on me,I need my money in return for the phone.

Purchased Galaxy fit from planet M and very first day found that its back button is hanging. Out of every 10 clicks on back button at least it will stuck twice. Sometimes if its stuck, however hard you press it wont go back. then you have to press home button.
its running android 2.2, called up dealer and he told this may be a software issue. Going to meet him today to see what happens on this but found that back button stucking is common across many samsung models.
personally dont want to do any experiments with the phone as its only two days old.

will update this thread on progress and testify samsung customer care

Dealer took the phone and sent it to samsung service center. didn't get any repair report from service center but the phone came back same day in the evening.
It seems service center guys updated the OS to 2.2.1
Checked it on dealers place and found it still hangs intermittently.
tried the phone for two days and the back button still not working and this is very frustating experience.
going to send this back to dealer to see what else can they do.

samsung galaxy fit is a nice phone but there are many draw backs in this phone ...
realy frustrating n disturbing...
no flash light..
no front camera..
very very less internal memory..
very very less ram..

big draw back is that it go hang always at the time of emergency ,,...
unable to cut the running call..
unable to connect to new call..
unable to write msg quickly coz it go hang without any reason..
