Dear All,

Need advice on how to register a complaint against the builder (SNS Constructions) who has built the apartment of eight flats with a pent house and now after one and half year, we find that there are leakages in every flat in every room and the cellar is leaking from water below the ground.

Please let us know what is the process and what are the documents required and how to approach the consumer court and file a case againist the builder.
