I have taken Personal Loan from Barclays Finance, Thane Branch, of Rs.1,42,000/-. First of all they pushed me to take insurance from Max NewYork Life, as they were say that is compulsory. After 9 -10 months paying the EMI, I wanted to do foreclosure of the Personal Loan A/c No. LC016611006034366, but to my surprise Barclays Finance, Thane Branch showing no sensitivity towards telling me the foreclosure amount.

It has been more than 5 days now but still no reply from the branch. Now one lady executive from this branch is asking me to come and locate and identify the application form. Is this the way Barclays Finance works? This is the way Barclays Finance treat there customer?

By having such experience with Barclays Finance, I advice all of the citizens of India to avoid having any relationship with Barclays Finance.
