complaint about tata photon+

i have purchased a photon+ on dated 06/03/2010 from gaurav telecom , B-365 nehru ground (opp. main post office)
N.I.T faridabad. one month later it device didnot work. i complaint many times various places of tata indicom centre like call centre, tata telecom centre, (simran communication)faridabad, redington indi a(okhla new delhi). they could not
solve my device problem till date. i have lot of loss due to non -working of this device. look into the matter immediately
i called many times responsible persons of tata photon+ head, engineer, ncr head mr. sanjeev(9212728639),rajnesh(9212714817), & mr sunil engineer. they said we will come today , tomorrow

I have purchase tata photon + on 14.02.11 & on 16.02.11 it is out of service.
I am continuously in contact with costumer care , nodal officer & the store from where i purchase the card(photon +)
Every one saying that verification is negative . I purchase it from mahavir communication, KOTHRUD ,PUNE,
and verification is done at amravati office ( my permanent address ) . the person from amravati office saying that varification is done and it is clear, & now pune office has to start the card.

I am talking from14.02.11 to till date but no result come out.
