I have Purchase a brand new Maruti Wagon-R VXI from M/s TR Sawhney in the year 2008 and they offered their service for doing the registration of my vehicle. However, even after 1 1/2 years I Haven't got the RC of my vehicle. I have complaint 03 times to Maruti call centre. Complaint nos are 2841926469, 544226522 and 2734601481. However no remedial action has been taken so far.

Kindly advice to whom I should complaint for my redressal.
