I had ordered one BOSS E PHONE 3300 wide order No. 612769 which reached me on 2nd August 2010. The Phone didn't work from the start and I reqturned it via courier as per advise from Customer care executive on 3rd August 2010 (Via Blue dart Couruer AWB-12901665906) which they received on 4th August 2010 . I was connfirmed replacement before 14th August which I didn't receive. I kept on calling on STD as I am in Delhi and they kept on giving one excuse or another. Then on 19th 2010 ugust I requesred them for a refund and was given Requet No. 240316 . But Today on 27th August 2010 when I called them I was surprised to know that no such request has been registered and they have no records of my calls of avruious occasions including that of 19th August 2010. Further to that I have been told that no refund will be given and I will have to wait for 7 more working days with new Request no.220607 (Customer care executibve Ms Sheela Dange- Customer care Phone NO. 9223526148 i.e till 7th September to get the replacemnet and they won't even test the product before sending .

I am terribly harrased and have lost faith in the system. Request you to help me my money Rs4199/ refunded plus compensation for the terrible days and nights I have spent since last 20 days on account of NAAPTOL.COM alias KRISHNA TRADERS 2 A MANGESH IND ESTATEBANDUO W MUMBAI-78.
