I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Set Model No. 5130 vide IMEI NO. 355232039618566 on 09/09/2009 and same was not functioning properly during the month of August'2010, when I approached to the Agency from Biraj Enteprise, Padmanav Complex, Maligaon chariali, Guwahati-12 they directed us to go to Nokia Care Centre at Siddharth Enterprise, Purvi Complex, Near Panbazar Fly Over, A.T. Road, Guwahati-781001 (Ph. No. 0361-2735428/ 0361-2737929. When I approached Nokia Care Centre they informed me that display of the set went wrong and charges me Rs. 1450/- vide Invoice No. 1047 dated 24/08/2010. The mobile set purchased is under warranty period and I told the same to the Care Centre but they refused to get it repaired without any cost which I already stated.
