I Purchased New laptop of Rs 33,000 of HCL product from a reupted HCL show room in Nehru place, New Delhi 15 days back.Being a middle class it was my saving for the past 5 yrs .They brainwashed me & make me to purchase their product.They didn't test the Laptop before me, and as it was the showroom closing time they told me to check from my home and promised that they will give new product if any abnormality found.On checking from my home on the same night i found most of the keys in the key board found not working & noise from Ram also lots of problems in the laptop. I communicate the problem by phone in the next day of purchase.As there was heavy rain in the next two days in delhi, i went to the service centre in three days on its purchase.The way they talked before the purchase of the product was different from the way they talked to me on my complaint.As i requested for the change of laptop,they behaved with me in arrogant manner & gave me a service center address which was at Green park,Delhi.I surrendered the laptop in the HCL service centre for repairing and they gave me their contact number which they are not even attending the phone.Most of the time it was engaged & when the bell rings no one attend the call. Repeatedly i have gone for more than 5 times but no solution & not giving proper response.Sir i feel deeply hurt on purchasing a worst product & their worst service. Sir i require help. Please help me sir.
