Hi - We are in the business on T-shirt and get these t-shirts manufactured by manufacturers based in Tirupur.

Recently, I have given a contract of 800 t-shirts to a company for printing 8 different designs. Initially everything went good and I have paid advance of Rs.80,000.

There are 2 process involed in t-shirt printing; 1st getting screens prepared and 2nd buying desired fabric and printing those designs after the designs are approved.

The 1st step was well accomplished and I have approved the sample. But after that the manufacturer made a big blunder in fabric and delivered a very low quality fabric. He accepted his mistake and asked for another chance and again made a mistake by buying fabric of wrong specification.

Now, I am asking him to refund money after adjusting the screen cost. But he is not taking my calls and after several calls he told me that he will also adjust for the time he spend in my project.

I feel i should not be billed for his mistakes and expect my refund.

Could you please let me know what options I have? Where to file a complaint and cost involved in it?
