It is very humble prayer to you that my Scorpio car no. UP 14 AQ 2800 which was registered in my name on my address Lokesh kumar Tyagi S/o late Shri Sonath singh R/O 227 nai basti ghookna Ghaziabad U.P Pin. code 201003 was insured from National Insurance Company branch Navyug Market Ghaziabad for the period of 12/05/2009 to 11/05/2010 . My above mentioned car was theft by any unknown theives on the date of 18/12/2009 from sector 125 noida district gautambudh nagar and the FIR of above car was lodge by me on the same day at the police station sector 39 noida district gautambudh nagar which was registered on case no. 862/09 on the same police station and after this i have informed to the insurance company by my telephone and my agent and by written application after this there was enquired the above case by the insurance company with his surveyor/loss assessor Mr. Atul Kumar Garg and after enquiring the whole case by Mr. Atul kumar Garg he collect some documents like FIR, FR accepted copy and other relevent documents but the theft of my above mentioned car was spent more than 8 months and i am suffering with my family more financially crising but the insurance company and above surveyor Mr. Atul Kumar Garg donot pass my theft claim but also misbehave me and so many times i am contacting the insurance company and Mr. Atul Kumar Garg but donot find any satisfied answer about my above mentioned claim from them. Sir now i feel that the National Insurance Company and Mr. Atul Kumar Garg both are conspiringly thought to no claim to me.
Sir it is very humble pray to you that i can receive my above mentioned claim by your proper efforts so kindly instruct my insurance company to provide me my above mentioned claim.
